About us

The Shawnee Police Foundation was established in 2006. It is organized and

administered entirely by citizen volunteers elected to the Board of Directors

Mission: The foundation was organized to provide needed equipment and/or training for the Shawnee Police Department that is not otherwise provided for.

How We Accomplish this: We raise money for the many needs of the Shawnee police department that arise from year to year through donations and fundraisers

Goals: To support advanced law enforcement training opportunities, to support community crime prevention activities and education, to assist in research, development and implementation of programs to address challenges of providing police services of the highest quality. To improve police/community relations, rally and support the Shawnee Police Department at events the community can participate in along with the police officers and to promote a greater quality of life and security for the Shawnee community.
